Shrimp & Sausage Skillet
2 fully cooked smoked sausages
2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
1 onion, chopped
3 bell peppers, chopped
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 T Creole Seasoning
1 t cayenne pepper
Olive oil
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the olive oil and garlic and stir until fragrant. Add the onion and allow it to cook down a bit. Throw in the bell pepper and seasonings and let it all cook for 7-8 minutes. Throw in the sausages and let those heat up and brown - another 7-8 minutes. Finally, toss in the shrimp and cook until all the shrimp are pink. Such an easy dinner, only 1 pan, and everyone always loves it!!! 😊
