Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

 

 Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

 

  • 3 lb. chicken, whatever is on sale

  • 1 ¾ c Franks hot sauce (yes, it has to be Franks)

  • 10 oz cream cheese

  • 1 c. shredded Colby jack cheese

  • Celery sticks

  • Bell peppers

  • Butter lettuce

 

In a large crock pot, add the chicken, 1c. of Franks, and 8 oz. cream cheese. Cook on low for 8 hours. When you get home, you’re going to need to drain add the liquid out. Once you do, add a few more ounces of cream cheese, Colby jack, and more Franks.

I served this with veggies and lettuce and just put the ceramic pot in the center of the table. Would be great for a party!!
