I smell like beef

 Beef and Broccoli

  • 3 lb. thin sliced sirloin tip steaks, sliced into strips

  • 2 large heads of broccoli, chopped

  • Splash(es) white wine

  • 10 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3/4 c. liquid aminos

  • 1 T coconuts aminos

  • 1 T Splenda brown sugar

  • 3 T Sriracha (I like it spicy)

Mince the garlic, and place in a bowl. Add the liquid aminos, coconut aminos, brown sugar, sriracha, and set aside.

Heat EVOO on a large nonstick pan over med/high heat. Add the broccoli and cook until bright green, then add the splash of wine. Cook another 5 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of the sauce, and cook another 5 minutes. Remove the broccoli and set aside.

Add the beef and brown but leave some still raw. Add the broccoli back in, and the remaining sauce. Stir, reduce the heat to low, put the lid on, and let that cook 15 minutes. Make sure the beef is cooked and the broccoli is tender.
